Ground Chicken Kebob


  • 2 ½ lbs of ground chicken
  • 1 red chili pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of Montreal chicken spice
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of dry basil
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of dry coriander
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • * In addition to the above herbs, you can also use fresh cilantro and fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, red chili pepper all spices and herbs and bread crumbs in a bowl
  3. Roll 1 tbsp chicken kebab mixture in plastic wrap into a long tube, chill for min 30 min or overnight, repeat until all chicken mixture done
  4. Unwrap chicken kebob onto foil lined baking tray
  5. Place tray on bottom rack and cook for 40 minutes turning once halfway
  6. Serve with rice, potatoes, salad or tzatziki sauce with pita bread.
