
Ingredients
- 2 ½ lbs of ground chicken
- 1 red chili pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, grated
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 heaping teaspoon of Montreal chicken spice
- 1 heaping teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 heaping teaspoon of dry basil
- 1 heaping teaspoon of dry coriander
- 1 heaping teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- * In addition to the above herbs, you can also use fresh cilantro and fresh parsley
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, red chili pepper all spices and herbs and bread crumbs in a bowl
- Roll 1 tbsp chicken kebab mixture in plastic wrap into a long tube, chill for min 30 min or overnight, repeat until all chicken mixture done
- Unwrap chicken kebob onto foil lined baking tray
- Place tray on bottom rack and cook for 40 minutes turning once halfway
- Serve with rice, potatoes, salad or tzatziki sauce with pita bread.
