When you want to bring horiatiki Greek salad to a dinner party but it’s finger food only….
- Slice cucumbers into rounds
- Slice and grape tomatoes into rounds
- Mash feta cheese and add olive oil, onion powder, oregano and pepper to taste. Instead of onion powder you could add chopped onion if you prefer
- Buy a jar of kalamata olive tapenade
- Assemble – cucumber on the bottom, then top with tomato, then top with a teaspoon of the fetta mixture, then top with half a teaspoon of olive tapenade
