Dragon fruit and sago dessert


Like the colour and easy to prepare. Yummy.

Ingredients :
50g sago
Water to cook sago
1/2 piece of dragon fruit
50g castor sugar
3 tsp agar-agar powder
1 tsp corn flour
350ml water
200ml thick coconut milk

Method:
Cook sago till transparent and wash sago under running water. Blend dragon fruit. Soak sago in dragon juice for 10 minutes.
Mix sugar, agar-agar powder, corn flour and water. Cook with low flame till slight boil. Add in coconut milk and sago. Pour into tray. Chill in fridge for few hours before serve.
