Today I made 8 loaves of sausage bread.
- frozen bread dough
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- red pepper
- fine grated Parmesan
- spinach leaves
- roasted Pueblo chiles
- cooked crumbled sausage
- mozzarella
- Parmesan or Romano
- Preheat oven to 350
- Defrost frozen bread dough and roll out
- season dough with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper and fine grated Parmesan
- Then add either spinach leaves or roasted Pueblo chiles, the cooked crumbled sausage, mozzarella and more Parmesan or Romano
- Roll it up and egg wash the outside.
- Bake for 20-25 mins
