All in one pan Greek Chicken and Lemony Potatoes

The marinade is so good and chicken just falls apart… Though I cooked it for longer.


  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 chicken thighs with skin on

For the marinade:

  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tsp mild mustard
  • 1 tbsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • salt
  • Pfresh pepper

For the potatoes:

  • 7 small potatoes quartered
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 onion quartered
  • 1 tbsp rosemary dried
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon (its juice)
  • salt
  • fresh pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth


  1. Preheat oven to 180oC/350oF
  2. Mix the chicken and marinade ingredients into a bowl, then set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the potatoes with the remaining ingredients (except for the chicken broth).
  4. Pour the chicken and marinade into a baking dish, then add the chicken stock, potatoes, onion and lemon cups.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until potatoes and chicken are thoroughly cooked.
  6. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
